How it Works

1

Consultation

Call or request a quote and you talk to John, the owner, not a sales rep. Tell him what you want to change and roughly when. You'll get a straight answer on what's realistic and a rough range.

2

Design & Estimate

John walks your bathroom with you, measures, and works through layout, tile, fixtures, and finishes. You get a written scope and a line-item estimate, and that's the number we build to.

3

Contract & Permits

Sign the contract and pay the deposit. We file permits, handle HOA and building approvals, and order materials. You get a start date before anyone picks up a tool.

4

Build

Licensed crews handle demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, glass, and finish work under one contract. You get daily photo updates, so you can follow along from the next room or another state.

5

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished bathroom together and close out every punch-list item before we call it done. You get a clean site, your warranty, and our number if anything ever comes up.

Why Park City Homeowners Choose Us

Not slogans. The three things our Google reviews mention most.

You work with John, the owner

John scopes your bathroom, gives you the number, and is on site during the build. No sales rep, and no handoff to a project manager you have never met.

“It's rare to have someone who answers their phone, shows up when they say they'll show up and does high quality work that matches their promises.”

The estimate is the price

Bathrooms hide surprises behind the walls: old plumbing, rot, out-of-square framing. We open up what we need to at the walkthrough, scope every line before you sign, and build to that number.

“Good communication and on schedule. Bathroom remodel and extensive punch-list of random repairs from drywall to windows to paint, all quality work and in budget.”

Daily photos and a clean site

You get photo updates every day, whether you are in the next room or another state. Crews seal off the work area and clean up before they leave, so the rest of the house stays livable.

“Were on time, very tidy throughout the work day… Excellent communication throughout the whole process, a rarity in that industry.”

Bathroom Remodel FAQs

Straight answers on cost, timeline, permits and living through the build

Most Park City bathroom remodels land between $25,000 and $55,000. A cosmetic refresh that keeps the layout runs $10,000 to $25,000, and a luxury primary-suite remodel with layout changes, a steam shower or custom stone runs $55,000 to $120,000 or more. You get a written line-item estimate before you sign, and that is the number we build to. Our bathroom remodel cost guide has the full breakdown by tile, fixtures, glass and labor.

Construction runs 2 to 3 weeks for a cosmetic refresh, 3 to 6 weeks for a midrange remodel with tile work, and 6 to 10 weeks for a full primary-suite remodel. Custom shower glass is measured after the tile is finished and takes about two weeks to arrive, so plan for that at the end. You get a start date and a finish date up front, and daily photo updates in between.

Not the one being remodeled. Plan on it being out of service for the length of the build. If it is your only bathroom, tell us at the consultation and we plan the schedule around that, including how quickly the toilet can come back. The rest of the house stays livable: we seal off the work area and clean up daily.

Yes. John walks the space with you and works through layout, tile, vanity, fixtures, shower glass and lighting, with samples you can see in your own light. Most bathrooms do not need a separate designer. If you already have one, we are glad to build from their drawings.

Yes. Moving plumbing or adding circuits needs permits and inspections, and we pull and schedule them ourselves. We also handle HOA and building approvals, which matters in Park City, where many bathrooms are in condos with work-hour rules, elevator reservations and insurance certificate requirements.

Yes. Many of our clients are second-home and rental owners who never visit during construction. You approve the scope and selections up front, get photo updates every day, and walk the finished bathroom with John in person or on a video call.

Our own licensed and insured crews, under one contract with Park City Home Pros. Demo, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass and finish work are all coordinated by John, so you have one number to call and one person accountable for the result.

For most homes here, yes. The floor is already open during a remodel, so adding electric radiant mats under the tile is a small share of the budget, and a warm floor on a January morning is the upgrade owners mention most. Our cost guide covers what it adds.
